Using this Cat6 extender you can achieve up to 70m transmission distance while still supporting up to 1080p 60Hz signals! or 40m transmission distance while still supporting up to 4K 30Hz signals! The receiver uses Power-Over-Cable (PoC) technology so it receives its power from the transmitter using the Cat5e/Cat6 cable. The transmitter module even includes HDMI pass-through, so you can connect the original source and still view the display while transmitting. Full audio support is included, with up to 7.1 surround sound. What’s more is the infrared extension too, so you can take your remote control with you and still control the remote device.
