This professional DC-DC charger is designed for dual-battery systems in vehicles or boats where the alternator and the start battery are used to charge the service battery. A configurable 3-stage charge algorithm provides an adaptive bulk, absorption, or float modes to keep your 12V lead-acid or Lithium service battery in top condition. Alternatively, a fixed voltage can be chosen. Features include engine running and shutdown detection, remote on/off switch capability for manual or BMS control, and Bluetooth® technology to monitor charging status in real-time, view historical data, or program via a Bluetooth® enabled Smartphone, tablet or laptop. In addition, the charger can also double as a stable power supply to power 12V devices in your vehicle, such as a fridge/freezer, which can automatically disconnect power at a pre-defined voltage to avoid the service battery going flat. Safety features include overload, over-temperature, and short circuit protection, and multiple units can be paralleled to increase the output current. Non-insulated.
