This multifunction tester is designed to test and analyse the condition of a wide variety of 20-220Ah 12V batteries, including lead-acid and Lithium, as well as testing cranking and charging (alternator) systems. Real-time battery tests include voltage, resistance, and load, which results in a good, recharge, charge retest, replace, bad cell & replace indication on the backlit LCD screen. Vehicle charging system tests include load voltage, unloaded voltage, ripple status and charging system status. Vehicle cranking system tests include cranking time, voltage and status. Supported battery types include starting, deep cycle, wet (flooded), VRLA, maintenance free, sealed maintenance free, absorption glass mat, GEL, EFB and Lithium. Batteries can be tested in or out of the vehicle, and data can be printed by connecting to the USB port of a computer using the supplied cable.
