Handy Tip Why our wire is tinned

We now supply all multi-strand power cable with the copper conductors tinned. When you put a coating of pure tin over the copper, you prevent the copper from oxidising. This oxidising can prevent you from achieving a good, tinned solder connection to thewier. This is particularly important in marine and car installations. We have not increased our price to you for this step up in quality.
